After the success of the Hwa Rang Do 30th Anniversary DVD, it was decided to create a comprehensive DVD of the 2005 Championships to further celebrate Hwa Rang Do's 30th Anniversary.
The entire tournament was filmed using a single manned camera in optimal positions to capture the tournament in the most exciting way possible.
Once the tournament concluded, production of the DVD commenced which included:
- Editing the video to eliminate wasteful footage
- Correcting and enhancing the sound quality
- Adding titles to the video
- Designing and authoring the DVD itself, including the menus and navigation system
- Desiging the disc and cover art, and promotional posters
- Creating highlight videos and the DVD trailer to promote the DVD
- Producing the DVD themselves, i.e. burning and printing all the DVDs, and printing the covers
